Artist Talk: Conversation with Zhi LIN and Chief Curator Rock Hushka

Internationally acclaimed artist Zhi LIN reflects on his unique artistic process that culminated in the exhibition Zhi LIN: In Search of the Lost History of Chinese Migrants and the Transcontinental Railroad. Lin and TAM Chief Curator Rock Hushka discuss the impact of abstract work, thematic threads through Lin’s work, and the power of art to affect positive social change.

After the conversation, get a glimpse into Lin’s art-making process with a demonstration by the artist and experiment with Chinese art-making media.

This program is free and open to the public.
