Join The Current as we get in the mix with artist and designer Darrell McKinney for an artist demonstration and Q&A. McKinney will demonstrate the application of concrete as a medium for sculptural works and mold making through mixing and pouring concrete. Later, he will be joined by Umi Wagoner for a brief Q&A about his practice, process, and work as an interdisciplinary artist and designer.
Darrell McKinney is a designer exploring the intersections across design, art, and architecture. Umi Wagoner is a Collaborative committee member for The Current and co-owner and co-operator of eTc Tacoma alongside Perris Wright.
