Tacoma Art Museum hosts a variety of fun experiences, especially for children ages 2–8 and their families both in the Museum and in your local library. Try out a new art style with an activity led by TAM staff. Hear a story and explore related works of art. It’s fun for the whole family!
For this month’s Studio and Storytime, we will be reading We Are Water Protectors by Carole Lindstrom and exploring art from Wendy Red Star from the exhibition, Native Portraiture: Power and Perception. Kids will have the opportunity to create a collage portrait telling their story, inspired by how Wendy Red Star shares her story with us in her photograph!

Please note that this Studio and Storytime event will be held virtually.
