Accessible Parking Spaces
Accessible parking spaces for vehicles displaying the appropriate disability permits are located closest to the elevator in the parking lot behind Tacoma Art Museum. These spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pacific Avenue Entrance
An automated barrier-free entrance leading to the lobby is located along Pacific Ave.
Wheelchairs are available free of charge, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tacoma Art Museum’s galleries are connected by a central ramp that allows full access to the first and second floors, with all floors connected by elevator.
Accessible restrooms are available on the first and third floors.
Copies of the interpretive wall labels for each exhibition are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the front desk.
Additional accommodations can be made with two weeks advance notice for museum programming and group tours.
