Studio + Storytime- Chinese Moon Festival

Join us for a tasty tale about mooncakes as our community celebrates the Tacoma Moon Festival After creating a little starrgame of tic tac toe, try some mooncakes at the festival located at Chinese Reconciliation Park (1741 N Schuster Pkwy, Tacoma, WA ) on September 12th, 1 to 6 pm.  We will read A Big Mooncake for Little Star, by Grace Lin. 

Join TPL (Tacoma Public Libraries) and TAM for Studio + Storytime held at Tacoma Art Museum! Studio + Storytime begins with a reading of a storybook, exploring some art in TAM’s galleries, and then a hands-on art project in TAM’s studio classroom! Geared towards kids ages 2-8. Celebrate Children’s Day with us as we read the story Danbi’s Favorite Day by Anna Kim.

Classroom space is limited; if the space is full the activity and book of the month will be available at TAM Studio on the first floor.
