How do I use the new Membership Portal?

While on the TAM Member Portal, click the ‘Log In’ link on the top right. Once logged in, you can view and update your contact info, view your order and donation history, and manage or renew your Membership.

You can also use the public ticketing site to quickly and easily view upcoming events happening at TAM. While logged in, your TAM Membership discount will automatically apply to all ticket purchases.

How do I purchase event tickets using my member discount?

While logged in to the TAM Patron Portal, click an event and add (2) tickets to your cart. Your Membership discount will be applied prior to check out. If you require support applying your discount or have questions about a specific event, contact us at Membership@TacomaArtMuseum.org. 

How do I sign up for monthly giving?

While on the TAM donation site, select ‘Monthly’ from the Frequency list. Select or enter the desired gift amount, then complete the contact form below. Once complete, click ‘Enter Payment’ to proceed. Your recurring gift will be deducted from your credit or debit card on the day you set up your gift and on that same day every month.

To manage your recurring gifts, log in to the TAM Patron Portal and click ‘Donations’. You can also contact us directly at Membership@TacomaArtMuseum.org.

I donated but would like to receive membership benefits. What should I do?

All donations $75 or greater are eligible to receive Membership benefits. You can opt-in to benefits during check out on the TAM donation site or contact us at Membership@TacomaArtMuseum.org following your donation for assistance.

What is National Access?

The National Access Membership level at $145.00 grants access to the nationwide reciprocal admission programs NARM, Museums West, and ROAM, which provide free admission to more than 1,500 museums across North America and Europe.

Simply show the reciprocal portion on your digital TAM membership card to the admissions desk at any of these affiliated museums to gain free or reduced entry. Full lists of participating museums are available on the program websites and at the front desk.

How can I confirm my current membership level and benefits?

I used to renew my membership every year during a certain month. Can I still renew then? When does my museum access expire?

Your membership expires one year after you purchase or renew. To view or manage your membership, visit the TAM Patron Portal and click the ‘Log In’ link on the top right. You can also opt into auto-renewal when you join or renew via the Patron Portal.

Is there still a store and cafe discount for members?

Tacoma Art Museum Members will continue to receive 10% off all purchases at TAM Store and Cafe. To redeem, show your digital Membership card at check-out and your discount will be automatically applied.
