Epiphany Couch shares work from c’adac (Inheritance) alongside other related works that explore questions of ancestry, memory, and continuity. Through personal stories, family photographs, archival materials, language, and dreams, the work moves between what has been disrupted through histories of erasure and what continues to be carried forward in practice, memory, and everyday life.
Working across photography, beadwork, weaving, collage, and sculpture, Couch approaches the archive as something living– partial, shifting, and shaped as much by presence as absence. Fragments, materials, and stories come together to trace how inheritance is carried, questioned, and reworked across
generations.
