What should I wear?
Fun and festive cocktail attire is suggested. TAM Gala is a party and we know you’ll dress to impress!
Will my tickets be mailed to me?
No, once you have purchased your tickets, all you need to bring to TAM Gala is yourself! There are no paper tickets. Information about TAM Gala will be sent to you via email as the event approaches.
Where do we park?
Complimentary valet parking is included in your ticket price. Simply arrive in front of the Bicentennial Pavilion at Hotel Murano on Market Street and 13th Street, Tacoma and use the drop off. With complimentary valet parking, you can fully experience the event as you enter through the front doors and move through a quick registration process.
When does registration begin?
Registration begins at 6:30 pm. Simply check-in at the registration table to get your bid number and put a credit card on file for easy bidding.
What type of food and drink will be offered at TAM Gala?
TAM Gala is not a formal, sit-down dinner. Instead, you’ll enjoy delicious tray passed appetizers and exciting, interactive chef-attended food stations scattered throughout the pavilion. Your experience is all-inclusive, with a fully hosted bar throughout the evening. This less formal program means you can eat, drink, socialize, and explore the silent auction as soon as you arrive!
What is the evening’s schedule of events?
- 6:30 pm, Guests arrive
- 6:30–8:30 pm, Passed appetizers and interactive food stations, hosted bar, entertainment, silent auction bidding. Catch up with old friends and meet new ones
- 8:30 pm, Short program and live auction
- 9:45 pm, Special entertainment and delectable desserts
- 11:00 pm, Farewell
