Soft Power is coming! The exhibition opens on October 14th, and the Member Opening is on Friday, October 13th, from 5 to 8 pm.
Using traditional processes to create contemporary declarations of resistance, resilience, love, and rebuke, the exhibition explores the dynamic contrast between soft materials and so-called “hard” ideas.
This engaging and provocative show presents cultural stereotypes, man’s impact on the environment, and healthcare access. The opening night will be split into a Members-only cocktail hour from 5–6 pm and a main event from 6–8 pm. By registering for the cocktail hour, you automatically gain entry to the main event.
During the party, guests will be encouraged to create a large-scale collaborative soft artwork within the gallery. We hope to see you!
