“The Current: Saying the Quiet Parts Out Loud” Member Opening Party

We had a great time welcoming TAM Members and our community into the Museum for the opening party of our new exhibition “The Current: Saying the Quiet Parts Out Loud.”

This first look event was a chance to view works from our inaugural award winner Darrell McKinney and focus on the fundamental values of The Current: warmth, intimacy, care, community, support, and honesty while enjoying light appetizers, drinks, art-making activities, and music by DJ Cousin Chris.

Tacoma Art Museum is located on the homelands of the Puyallup Tribe of Indians.
