Chihuly at Tacoma Art Museum

Over the course of his distinguished career, Tacoma native Dale Chihuly has emerged as one of the most prominent American artists of the last century. In honor of his family and his hometown in 1990 he began donating a retrospective collection of his work to TAM, and these works are on permanent view. The presentation has been reimagined to highlight the color, variety, and drama of his sculptural forms.

Tacoma Art Museum is located on the homelands of the Puyallup Tribe of Indians. We recognize and honor the enduring Puyallup people and Coast Salish communities as we strive for a fuller understanding of the histories and currents of this place, and a more equitable future. Tacoma Art Museum is a qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. EIN: 91-0697444.
