In this hands-on class, we’ll study the work of master artists and create our own drawings inspired by theirs. By breaking their techniques into simple, approachable steps, we’ll begin to understand the visual “language” of drawing. This process will help us connect more deeply with nature, art, and our own creative instincts.
All levels are welcome. Just bring a pencil, some paper, and your curiosity!
About the instructor
Timothy Mansen is an artist and native of the Pacific Northwest who believes that inspiration, along with skill-based training, is the key to artistic development. He is passionate about creating works of art from nature, while also teaching the principles he has learned, to help others express their unique vision, in original works of art.
