Movement + Mimosas

Journey though the elements of earth, air, fire, and water during a 4-week yoga series at Tacoma Art Museum. Move together through the healing practice of yoga with instructor Michelle Kucera-Jewell and embody the natural world by grounding, flowing, and balancing through asana, pranayama, and meditation.
All levels of experience are invited to share in this weekly, one-hour class followed by snacks and mimosas. Yoga mats will not be provided so please bring your own. 21+ only.
Cost: $100 per person (includes all 4 sessions, weekly mimosa and snacks, and a museum pass for both the first and final day of the series). Individual sessions can be purchased at the $35 drop-in price.

About the Instructor
Michelle Kucera-Jewell, brings together over 20 years of experience working within for-profit and non-profit organizations, from guiding wilderness trips to facilitating corporate team building. She has recently transitioned out of her roles working in leadership development for Apple of over 7 years and serving as Board President then Co-Director of Samdhana-Karana Yoga to commit fully to holding sacred space for her community. She utilities skills developed through her Masters Degree in Cultural Studies along with her certifications and training as a Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist through the Himalayan Institute, Laughter Yoga Leader, Yoga Behind Bars, Reiki Practitioner 1 & 2, and RYT 200 through the Kula Collective.
