Prom at TAM

Combine the beautiful event spaces with professional services for an exciting and memorable prom night at TAM. Dynamic exhibitions featuring all types of art will treat your attendees to a visually stimulating and entertaining respite when not on the dance floor. The museum’s floor plan accommodates dining, dancing, and socializing in a safe and sophisticated atmosphere. In addition to the furniture and equipment TAM provides on-site, we are happy to work with rental services to arrange for and manage any additional needs. TAM staff are delighted to help you bring to life the memorable prom you have envisioned.
TAM Cafe Catering Options (Dance Specials)
- Option 1: Chocolate chip and sugar cookie platters with water included
- Option 2: Chocolate chip and sugar cookie platters with prom punch and water included
- Option 3: Chocolate fountain with strawberries, pineapple, brownies, and marshmallows with water included
- Option 4: Chocolate fountain with strawberries, pineapple, brownies, and marshmallows with prom punch and water included
All options include cups and napkins. Chocolate fountain options include skewers. No outside food or beverage is allowed.
Deposit: $500 Deposit
Rental: $2,150–$10,000 depending on space selections, number of hours, add-ons, and catering selections.
6:00 pm – Setup by museum staff and outside vendors
7:00 pm – Museum opens for Decoration Committee
8:00 pm – Doors open to guests; gallery access, music, and food service begins
11:45 pm – Lights are turned on and music is turned down
12:00 Midnight – Guests depart, cleanup and break down begins
1:00 am – All guests, vendors, materials, trash, and other items are cleared from the premises
